The apartments are nice, spacious apartments compared to some in the area. Each unit has a washer, dryer and dishwasher included with the general appliances. They pay water, sewer and trash. The leasing manager is a really nice person, and does all he can to help you. They offer and maintain snow removal. For families, there are playgrounds and an after school program. In the community area, they have computers available. They offer market rate and reduced rate apartments. Downside, some apartments get standing water into the storage unit and across the patio, that they won’t fix. The lawn keepers or gardeners do a very poor job, throwing grass etc all over the sidewalks, patios and onto cars, they just leave it and don’t seem to care about doing a great job. Maintenance is pretty quick. The outside is appealing and the area is kept orderly. Some buildings have a few covered parking spots. The location is ideal, with shopping right next door. Mailboxes are in a covered area, keeping boxes dry. The trash area offers covered dumpsters surrounded by an enclosure. I recommend this complex.
