Apartment was pretty nice, clean, and not a lot of issues with bugs or maintenance problems. Any problem you have, the landlord/maintenance guy will fix it for you, anything from burnt light bulbs, appliances malfunctions, broken toilet seats, etc. they're great with working with you.
All modern amenities and more than plenty of space than I needed for living on my own. I was quite comfy at all times. Whenever something needed to be repaired I found it completed by the next day, but I really never had any issues.
2 year stay. In a very good location and certain maintenance men were quick with fixes and polite. Big bedrooms. Only complaint is that our deposit was taken due to apparent damages, made from a cat, which we never had. Manager did not inspect the apartment at all after we moved out. Should of taken pictures or shown her the day of moving the cleaning we did to the place. The manager only listened to what her contracted maintenance men said. Also was accused of being dirty and not respectful of our apartment even though other neighbors had animals themselves and smoked weed, yet we are considered the scum of the apartment complex. Other than that, nice place to stay, that is as long as you're willing to be accused of stuff, having neighbors that have animals and smoke weed so your place smells of it too, and to have a sex offender as your manager.
I highly recommend that anyone gets an apartment here if you are moving to Maryville, MO.
The only issues I had were the people who lived above us walking with heavy feet stomping everywhere at 6am waking me up, or another group of people who constantly fought Late at night/early in the morning.
I now live in Lincoln, NE and pay about the same amount in rent but I don't have A/C, a dishwasher, or laundry facilities at all.
This was my first apartment from moving away and it has spoiled me.
Fox Alley is situated a perfectly quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the campus, and a short drive to the main drag. Maryville isn't very large, so being situated on the edge of town was never an issue for me, even though I worked at Applebee's on the other edge of town.
