Building is old and the styling is a bit poor, seems like it hasn't been renovated since the 80s/90s. Rooms are small but with a loft bed have enough room for a comfortable living area. Surprisingly quiet, with good climate control options. Bathrooms are cleaned every day and the showers are always hot. Free laundry in the basement is nice, though it takes quite a while for a full dry and wash cycle. Elevators are fast but the floor ding sound is pretty awful and they seem a bit rickety.
