I have to use Midland's Integrity interface for a few counties that I work in doing real estate appraisals. It is one of the slowest, clunkiest sites I have ever seen. It runs at dial-up speed and the intuitiveness of the software is fair at best. Additionally, it won't work at all if you are using Chrome as your web browser. If you are a county looking for a GIS mapping service, please do us all a favor and check out Schneider Corporation's "Beacon" or IntrinsiCorp GIS software instead. Anything but Integrity.
Midland GIS Solutions has been a great resource for our office. With their most recent update, the GIS mapping system works on tablets, phones, and browsers. I can't count the number of times I've used it on my Samsung Galaxy to check property lines or determine ownership of a location. They also have great customer service, don't hesitate to contact them!
