Great place to workout, clean environment, friendly staff. Reasonably priced as well for what you have access to including weight training room, cardio room with elliptical, a stairmaster, several treadmills; including 2 more advanced treadmills for cross country or a more diverse type of training. Aerobics room for more private workouts with all the supplies you'd ever need. There is also a basketball court with an inside track inside to walk in, and an indoor pool. Just ask what services they have before you get started. I'm sure anyone would be willing to give you a tour.
There weight room is great and they have a number of great classes.
It has a killer swimming pool and slides. There is alot of baseball games there. And it is kept of very well.
