Apartment units are decent but the manager doesn't really care about the residents. Most of the time the complaints will be ignored, But the monthly inspections will be done on time and warrants, issued without any reason.
Cheap place to rent an apartment but at the same time pretty dirty too.
Most of the driers in the laundry are broken. Take this place only if you are looking for a place close to the university.
I've been at NWMSU for four years and have lived here for 3 of those years. It's well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, and neighbors are pretty easy to deal with. Apartments are always clean upon rental, rent+utilities is very cheap compared to the rest of the city, located only a block off campus, and its an all around great place to live. Would recommend to someone if they're looking for a place.
It is so dirty, smelly and broken. No carpets in the corridor. AC doesn't work.
The office people are so rude.
