This KFC is either a hit or miss, sometimes it’s good, other times not so much. The drive-thru is accurate the majority of the time. The crispy recipe is better then the original. The reason for only three stars, I became ill a couple of times when I ate here and it seems like they don’t change the oil as frequently as they should. The oil issue, I once over heard between employees when a customer complained about the unusual taste. Customer service is a 4.
The food is always delicious and the customer service was good.
We arrived just before closing and the crew there were great. Very friendly and out going.
KFC never seems to disappoint. I felt like I won the lottery when they not only were serving chicken gizzards on their Buffet but also chicken livers. A great filling well-balanced freshly made supper cheaper than the golden double double arch. Thanks Maryville KFC.
