I have no idea what is going wrong here, it use to be one of the best Applebees, the quality of the food is very poor. Last visit it was cold and dry or over cooked Be sure and watch your ticket for the charges, I was in on 50 cent wing night and ended up being charged full price. This was the second time I’ve been over charged. The restaurant use to be much cleaner than it was the last time I visited. The staff is still very friendly and the service is fairly fast. I probably won’t be returning until I hear more positive feedback from friends who have experienced the same issues with the poor food quality.
I ate at this Applebee's 3 nights in a row on a trip out here. The first night was just because it was the only thing I could find to eat. The food and service was great and it was so much fun too. They were having a karaoke night and the place was packed and everyone was just having a good time. I have told people for months about how much fun I had! Will stop in next time I'm in town!
Otherwise the food is great, staff is friendly, and I would go there again. I just do not support the managers.
Took the ladies from the group home I work at. Our waitress Lisa was AWESOME! She help us bring the ladies in and out, made sure sure talked to each of them individually and was very nice. We will definitely come back
I don't like Applebees cause it makes me sick. I eat here because I get gift cards
Staff is great, but the management sucks. They need to remove the managers they have had for years and try some new ones who ACTUALLY care about their employees and not themselves.
