Actually they have the best customer service that I've seen compared to the other cell phone stores in Maryville. You can actually go in the store & talk to real customer service people rather than sitting on the phone with some customer service people from India for an hour (like I had to with Sprint). I ave an Android HTC Desire from them & they have BlackBerry as well...pretty sure that isn't outdated. Yeah, they may not have iPhone, but so what...most others don't either. Plus my Android is comparable to an iPhone. Plans end up being cheaper too because they don't have hidden costs. Overall I'm VERY glad I switched.
Best coverage. I've had sprint but these guys use the verizon network which is unbeatable.

They have some of the best customer service around. They have great coverage in the area and have a wide selection of plans and phones for different budgets. I look forward to upgrading my Blackberry to a new Android soon!
