This is a review of RUSS WIEDERHOLT. If you are selling your home, Russ is not the agent you want. When we interviewed Russ and he walked through our home, he named the list price he thought our home should start at. My husband & I knew it was too low, and thanked him for his time. We listed our home at a much higher price with another agent. Our home sold in 4 weeks, and the final amount that it SOLD for was 6% higher than the suggested LIST price Russ had in mind. If we had used Russ as our realtor, we would have lost thousands of dollars.

Other agents at Shirley's are good, but Russ is not one of them. He might be OK as a buyer's agent, but I can only speak to my experience with him as a listing agent.
They have updated listings of rental places. Other than that... they don't seem that interested in small time people. They gave me a key to a house to go look at by myself.
The staff has been nothing but helpful & insightful. I couldn't be more thankful.
He did this with a friend of ours, where they listed their house at Russ's suggested price point. Their home sold within 24 hours of it being listed, and if you know anything about Maryville real estate, nothing moves that fast unless it was severely underpriced.
