Staff has no clue what they are doing. I needed a duplicate receipt for insurance just in case the first one was lost, she said “Walgreens doesn’t do duplicate receipts.” I seriously doubt that. Another time I called needing the address for FedEx to ship a package to their safe package locker program, the lady said she had no idea what the stores address was and that no one else did either. Like seriously? Wow! Walgreens seriously needs to offer training or find someone who knows what they are doing. I wish you could do zero stars! Plus.... their prices are like 10x if not more higher then any other pharmacy. Smh!
Staff changes. Attitudes are iffy. I think if you manage the whole store, you should be able to work any where in the store. Except don't put her back in pharmacy. She is clueless and rude. She couldn't figure out how to ring up prescriptions for us that have Medicaid and Medicare. I was in drive thru for a half hour, then I went in and had to wait another half hour. I was late for an appointment. When I showed I was getting stressed, the manager said that I could pay the full amount. Made me so mad. I'm switching over to Rodgers pharmacy.
