I was recently admitted into their b.h.u. and had to have a culture done on a couple of boils that popped up. They suggested i take an antibiotic while waiting on the results. I declined because ive had these before and know that the antibiotic they prescribed would do no good and i dont want my body to become resistant to antibiotics. When the results came back from the culture they said everything was normal. Upon my release i was given discharge papers and i went about my business. A licensed health care worker was looking over my discharge papers and noticed that my culture was in fact abnormal and that I DO actually have a fairly serious staff infection that requires specialized antibiotics so the doxycycline they prescribed would have been pointless. I now have no way to get this treated due to transportation issues when it could have been treated in house! Very very sorry medical professionals!

They know how to make allergy shots a raging pain in the ass. It’s always at least a 30 minute wait after your appointment before you actually get seen. Made an appointment an hour before class at 8. Nurse comes and gets me at 8:35, gives me my shots. I inform her I have an exam at 9 and have to leave early. She informs me, too bad, and I have to stay, even though my appointment was 40 minutes ago. I refuse to ever go here again.

Made an appointment for a vaccination a few weeks in advance, day of appointment they didn't have it in the computer anymore so they put me on the walk in list so instead of getting in when I was supposed to I had to sit there and wait because of their mess up.

Honestly probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dealing with orthopedic professionals. I was rescheduled for an MRI 7 different times, put on hold for an hour over a question that took 30 secs to answer. One nurse was AMAZING, kind, listened to my frustrations worked with me to get things done, the next nurse rude, and had an awful attitude when I asked her a simple question. I would rather drive to KC or back home to Lincoln than ever have to deal with this office ever again.

They are the rudest people I have ever seen. I thought Mosaic was bad there great compared to them.
