I called this company to install two garage door openers on my house. I bought the openers off someone else and not Maryville L&G. When I talked to them on the phone they said they could do the job but it would be a few weeks, i told them that was fine. After 3 weeks went by and hadn't heard anything from them i called them back to see when they was planning on getting to it. They set up an appointment for Thursday and then sent the owner of the company over on Wednesday to see the job and see what tools they might need for the next day. While he was at my house checking out the job he talked about how the old ones was not installed properly and did some measurements. NOT once did he mention that he was not going to do the job at all. The next day came around I didn't receive a call and nobody showed up, at 4:45 I called the company and got put on hold and then was told that they wasn't going to do the job. Not only did I end up wasting month waiting on them but they didn't even have the respect to call me and let me know they wasn't going to do the job at all.
