Thank you so much to the staff who helped me late this afternoon. Your were so nice, and helpful. After almost 5 hours with the online chat customer service with AT&T, getting no where after four departments and at least eight representatives, only to eventually be told they couldn’t help me, you two gentlemen helped me in less then 20 minutes. Thank you!
The people that work there are no help what so ever on problem solving with your phone, they are there to sell contracts, otherwise good luck if you have a problem with your phone
