Thank you very much to Tim and the great staff there.... I really ignored there was a new Tri State Chrysler Dodge but congratulations on your opening.
Initially I planned to refuse to look for cheaper cars because they were too much for me but they were flexible and reached to an agreement. Admit that the payments will be higher than expected but will survive, and down payment was only $500 to my very low credit to get home a brand new Dodge Dart 2015 (with free full tank gas).
I am telling that experience in St Joseph in here because happens that Tri State is the extreme opposite side of a great service. They don't care how good is your credit, how is your financial position, even if you cannot give your down payment in the moment, they look in your needs and the possibilities in paying a car according in the employment you have as also the length of time. They look about that on me and they showed me two options that were more expensive than planned to buy.
Before I continue that initial and personal treatment was in high standards compared with that big dealer in St. Joseph, MO that sales Ford and Kia (those who live around what dealer I am talking about) that in three times I went there in different years and last time in April and I got an unprofessional treatment noticing that the "sellers" were competing and fighting for an office and even stealing customer of others. If I had few money or nothing or my credit score to low (which I have) simply they discarded me. Yet they dared to ask me how was the "customer service" with annoying e mails.
Happens it's a long story but will make it brief. Our family SUV was starting to give problems and decided it was about time to get a second car, initially (my bad) got an old pick up that a week later going to work a fire started and consumed all the vehicle...gladly nothing happened to me but by three months we had to use the SUV until it started to fail. So we had to get either a preowned or new car since getting an old car left me bad experience; while looking for a financing with no money down we found by website a local dealer that sells mostly Ford brand knowing they had good economic compact cars, I contacted them via e mail explaining my needs and plans and as a response they sent me with a sales consultant that worked in the newly Chrysler Dodge section which I ignored it was recently opened. We had make an appointment for a Friday but each day my SUV was getting worse so we went a Tuesday morning besides he told us we could stop by anytime. First thing arriving there he himself got out and greeted all us even with the kids we had, he was nice with them and took us to the office and offered us a water or coffee.
